    The Silverman Group obtained approvals for a mixed use development compromised of 25,000 sf Class A office building and renovation of an existing 3,200 sf retail building located at the corner of N. Maple Avenue and Route 202 in Bernard’s Township. The site is conveniently located off of exit 30 of I-287 and will serve as The Silverman Group’s headquarters. The project is currently under construction with target completion 4th quarter of 2017.
