The Silverman Group filed an application for a mixed use development comprised of a new 25,000sf Class A office building and renovation of an existing 3,200sf retail building located at the corner of N. Maple Avenue and Route 202 in Bernards Township. The site is conveniently located off of exit 30 of I-287 and will serve as the Silverman Group’s headquarters.

Concord Airport Business Park West is the largest parcel of land in this industrial development consisting of 136 acres, construction is underway for a 300,000 SF, 32” clear height cross dock, abundant with loading as well as trailer storage space. This parcel is able to accommodate up to 1 Million SF. This project is slated to be delivered end of 4th Quarter 2016.
